Dealer of the Year 2022 Award

On March 16th, 2023, Audi Middle East celebrated its progress during a special event that brought together 60 market representatives from various countries in the region. Attendees included market representatives from Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Oman, UAE, and Qatar.

The highlight of the event was the award ceremony that recognised outstanding achievements in sales, after-sales, marketing, and management, including the coveted ‘Dealer of the Year’ and ‘Future Shaper’ awards.

Audi Abu Dhabi had an impressive year, receiving several awards for their exceptional work in different categories at the Dealer of the Year Award 2022 which took place with all regional Audi retailers in Dubai. Taking home the prestigious Dealer of the Year trophy, alongside awards for Sales Team of the Year and Marketing Team of the Year, Audi Abu Dhabi showcased their ability to generate impressive sales results, customer care to impressive and impactful execution of marketing campaigns that resonated with customers. Further to this, Audi Abu Dhabi also picked up a 1^st place for the Pre-Owned Team of the Year, for Aftersales Team of the Year (2^nd place) Sales Customer Champion (2^nd & 3^rd place) categories.

Other multiple award winners included Audi Dubai and Audi Kuwait, for their excellence in a variety of areas including customer service, sales and aftersales.

Among the many awards given, Audi Bahrain was recognised for its Retention Team; Audi Oman won second place for its Marketing Team; and Audi Lebanon won the e-tron GT Award, for its excellence in promoting and selling the brand’s innovative electric vehicles. Audi Saudi Arabia took two awards: for Best Campaign Localisation category and second place as Aftersales Customer Champion.

Audi Qatar too, had a very successful year, winning several awards, including Future Shaper and Aftersales awards for its commitment to innovation and exceptional service. The dealer also received recognition in Sales, Fleet & Corporate, and Quality categories.
